Shipping and Delivery
Your puppy’s safe arrival is our responsibility. Every delivery is carefully coordinated, clearly communicated, and confirmed with you before anything is arranged.
01
Veterinary Health Clearance
Before your Toy Poodle puppy travels to their new home, they receive a complete veterinary examination to ensure they are healthy and ready for the journey. We only arrange delivery once a puppy has been cleared by a licensed veterinarian, making their health and well-being our top priority.
02
Delivery Planning & Agreement
We review your location, preferred delivery option, and all related costs in advance. Nothing is scheduled until you approve every detail, so you always know exactly what to expect before confirming arrangements.
03
Safe and Coordinated Transport
We work with experienced and trusted pet transporters. Your puppy travels in a safe, comfortable, and temperature-controlled environment. You receive updates throughout the journey so you are never left without information.
04
Your Puppy Arrives
Your puppy arrives calm, healthy, and ready to meet you. We remain available after delivery to support you through the first days at home and to answer any questions as your puppy settles in.

Preparing for Arrival
Getting Ready for Your New Puppy
Before Your Puppy Arrives
Prepare a safe, comfortable space for your Toy Poodle puppy, such as a crate or small play area. Have food and water bowls ready, provide age-appropriate puppy food, and schedule a veterinary checkup within the first week. Puppy-proof your home by securing cables and removing small hazards to ensure a safe environment for your new companion.
The First 24 to 48 Hours
Keep the environment calm and quiet. Limit visitors for the first day or two and allow your puppy to explore at their own pace. Introduce the crate or sleeping area gently, and begin light, positive handling early to build trust from day one.
Your First Vet Visit
Bring all health and vaccination records provided with your puppy. During the visit, confirm the vaccination schedule with your vet, review microchip registration, check local licensing requirements, and schedule the next vaccination appointment.
